Jim Gelbke joined Synapse Biomedical in 2003 as Director of Manufacturing. He has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and facility management. He was previously involved in 3 startups and 2 owned companies. Jim has extensive knowledge implantable materials, electrode fabrication and manufacturing techniques. Prior to Synapse Biomedical, he held several manufacturing positions at NeuroControl Corporation and Applied Medical Technology.
